New since last release:
- XDCAM Professional Disc users can use Content Browser software to ingest material into Final Cut Pro X. To import ProRes/DNxHD file (which is shot with PMW-F55/F5 cameras) to FCPX, the XAVC/XDCAM Plug-in for Apple (PDZK-LT2) must be uninstalled.
- The Sony XDCAM Drive Software for MAC OS X only supports Intel based Macs.XDCAM camcorder and deck users should make sure that they are running the most current versions of deck and camcorder firmware available on this web page to maintain compatibility with discs created.
For Mac OS X (also known as VFAM for Mac v2.1). Note: VFAM for Mac v2.1 (and therefore XDCAM disc writeback using the PDW-U1) is only available on Intel-based Macs running Mac OS X 10.5.6 (Leopard) or higher only. XDCAM disc writeback is not supported on PowerPC platforms or on systems running Mac OS X below 10.5.x (ie Tiger).

For GPU acceleration a Nvidia graphics card with CUDA support is required. A Pascal series or later NVIDIA card is required for hardware accelerated H.264 or HEVC export. NVIDIA Turing series card required for HEVC export with B-frame support.

Hi everyone,from my sony pdw-f800 pal camera I have some problem with nle (in sync blade 2.2): installing the mainconcept directshow filter (in windows xp) I can import directly to the timeline the.mxf file (only the video part) but if I have big files (e.g. 2 or 3 o 10 or 15GB) the importing process is extremly slow.This is strange because if I import a.avi file of 25GB encodec in Matrox M-Jpeg SD, the importing time is 1-2 seconds.
